What's all this then?

“All this” is a site called Magnets de los Muertos. You can buy spooky/monster themed poetry magnets and other weird stuff from us. It's fun and you'll probably love it.

What's the deal with your name?

We are located in Southern California where Mexican influence is strong. Dio de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is celebrated in Mexico and other parts of North America on November 1. It's a beautiful day to remember and honor the dead. There's no real relation to our name and the day, but magnets kind of rhymes with muertos, right?

How soon will my order ship?

If the product is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. We'll let you know ASAP if the order won't ship right away, but usually there will be an “Out of Stock” notice on the site that you'll see before you order.

Woot! Free shipping — how soon will I receive my order?

We use 1st class US mail on most orders, so you should receive your magnets within a week. Note that holidays and heavy mail times like Christmas may delay an order.

I want my magnets faster.

That's not a question, but if you want your magnets faster you can select either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually received within 3-5 days; Express Mail packages are received within 1-2 days. Keep in mind that the US Mail does not deliver on Sundays.

I tried to use the magnets to hold up a grocery list and my kid's drawings, but the magnets weren't strong enough. Why do you make such weak magnets?

They're not very strong because they're so tiny. Give ‘em a break! You're supposed to be creating with them, not using them to remind yourself to buy flour.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be in stock again?

We usually have items back in stock within 1-2 weeks. If you're really in a rush let us know and we'll try to do our best – no promises!

Monsters are okay, but can you do something cute like puppies or ducklings?

No. Well, maybe. But probably not.
